The Martian Review

Mars: A lifeless red desert, drowned in dust and no chances of survival. But the unimaginable occurs and botanist/ astronaut Andy Weir (Matt Damon) finds himself trapped on the red planet. With rapidly dissipating oxygen, food and hope levels, it will take the whole of Earth to bring Andy home… Blade Runner, Alien and Prometheus, no one better understands, brings more innovation and genius into the Sci-Fi genre than Ridley Scott and his latest film Martian certainly doesn’t disappoint. Gripping from start to finish; once Martian leaves are stratosphere it’s on course for the beguiling stars of great Sci-Fi history. The film is simply out of this world (Literally)!
